Introductory class
I recommend that all beginners undertake an introductory session to experience Pilates first-hand. All the exercises can be modified to suit your ability. So if you haven’t worked out for a long time or you have injuries requiring special care, I can tailor the exercises accordingly.
Cost: $60 (50 minutes)
Individual Class
A private workout tailored to enhance your posture, movement and breathing. It will make you feel good! What you learn during classes will empower you to change your body. You will use props to provide focus and challenge.
Cost: $80 (50 minutes)
Dual Class
Get together with a friend or partner to save money and have more fun!
Cost: $40pp (50 minutes)
Location: Sessions can take place at either your house (if you have a quiet, private space large enough for a mat and a workout) or at 30 Courtenay Place, a private movement studio in the heart of the city.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. No shoes, socks optional.
Cancellation policy: My cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. If you don’t show up or cancel with adequate notice, you will be billed for the class. I know schedules can get crazy – try to remember to cancel the day ahead so you aren’t billed.
